Terms of Sale

If applicable, all sales are subject to sales tax.  Sales Taxes will be added to the sales total.

Resale orders within California:  Provide a signed CA resale certificate and purchase order

to Advance Handling Systems and the order will be processed in house.

Orders ship by "Best Surface", prepaid and added to the order unless otherwise specified

when ordering.  For example, you may wish to have the item shipped on your freight account.

LTL freight may be necessary for large or heavy items.

Some items require long lead times, especially stainless steel. (6-8 weeks).

An additional surcharge may be added to steel items due to industry conditions which fluctuate.

Prices are subject to change without notice though we will try to accommodate if possible.

Advanced Handling Systems, Inc. assumes no liability in regard to the use and disposal of items 

purchased.  Also, no liability is assumed for any injury or damage incurred during it's use.  

It is assumed the customer will use the item for the purpose it was originally made.  Following

weight limits  and capacities is the responsibility of the user.

Our Return Policy

All returns must be authorized in advance by us.  Custom-made or assembled/installed orders may not be returned.

Returns must be within 30 days of the order.  No returns after 30 days.

Items to returned must be unused and in original carton(s), along with any

accessories such as split sleeves and/or casters.

We will direct the shipment either to us for return or possibly directly to the 

manufacturer.  Please call 510 490-0155 or email advhandling@att.net to arrange for any return.

Note any shipping damage on the the bill of lading and forward a copy to us so we can arrange for replacement or return for credit.

Credit will be given only upon return of items in original cartons and inspection by us or the manufacturer.  A restocking charge may be added.

Credit will be by original method.
